Questions
Your questions about the drops
How many Shilajit drops should I take a day?
5 to 10 drops once a day, mixed into water, milk, tea or juice. Start with 5 and build up. 10 drops is roughly 0.5 ml. Please don't take more than 10 drops a day.
How long does one bottle last?
About two months. A 30 ml bottle gives around 60 servings at one serving a day.
What is the difference between Shilajit drops and resin?
Both are Himalayan Shilajit. The drops are a liquid form that is quicker to take and milder in taste once mixed into a drink. The resin is the traditional form, measured with a spoon, with a stronger earthy taste. See our 30 g resin if you prefer it.
Can women take Shilajit drops too?
Yes. Men and women both take our drops as part of their routine. They are for adults only, and not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
When is the best time to take Shilajit drops?
Many people add them to their morning water or tea, while others like them in warm milk later in the day. The time matters less than taking them daily.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Give it time. Shilajit drops are meant for steady daily use, and most people take a full bottle or more before deciding how they feel about them. Experiences vary from person to person.
Is there anyone who should avoid the drops?
Yes. Please avoid them if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under 18, and check with your doctor first if you have a health condition or take regular medication. Our article on who should not take Shilajit explains more.
Are the drops Halal?
Yes. Our Shilajit holds Halal certification from AL-WAIZ Certification & Training Services (Pvt.) Ltd, and the certificate is shown on this page.
How should I store the drops?
Keep the cap closed and store the bottle somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Check the expiry date printed on the bottle.
Where do you ship from, and how fast?
We hold stock in the UK, the USA and Pakistan and send orders out within 24–48 working hours. US orders normally arrive within a week, and UK and European orders within 7–14 days depending on the courier.
