Shilajit at Nahdi Pharmacy: What's on the Shelf and How to Choose
The short answer
Nahdi, one of Saudi Arabia's largest pharmacy chains, sells several shilajit products, mainly capsules from international brands and at least one soft-chew product. When we checked its online store in October 2026, prices ranged from roughly 30 to just over 110 riyals. Buying from a large pharmacy is convenient and reliable, but most of what's on the shelf is extract in capsule form, so compare the amount of shilajit per dose, the other ingredients and the lab information, not just the price. If you want the original resin or a liquid, you may need to look elsewhere.
Thousands of people in Saudi Arabia search for "shilajit Nahdi" every month. It makes sense: Nahdi is everywhere, you can ask a pharmacist, and you know you're getting real branded stock. This guide explains what you'll typically find there and how to choose between the options. We're not affiliated with Nahdi; we sell our own shilajit, and we'll be clear about that at the end.
What shilajit does Nahdi sell?
When we looked at Nahdi's online store, the shilajit range was mostly capsules from international supplement brands, including Applied Nutrition, Evlution Nutrition, Dabur and Jarrow, plus soft chews from Force Factor on its UAE site. Listed strengths ranged from 250 mg to 500 mg of shilajit extract per capsule, and prices from around 30 to around 110 riyals, often with discounts. Ranges and prices change, so check the current listings in store or online.
The advantages of buying at a pharmacy
A large pharmacy chain buys from known distributors, so you're unlikely to get a counterfeit of a branded product. You can ask a pharmacist whether shilajit suits you, especially if you take medication, and returns are straightforward. These are real benefits, particularly compared with loose pieces sold with no label or origin.
What to check on the label
Amount of shilajit per dose. Look for the milligrams of shilajit extract per capsule and how many capsules make a serving. Two boxes at the same price can contain very different amounts.
Other ingredients. Capsules usually contain flow agents and fillers such as cellulose, magnesium stearate or silicon dioxide. These are normal and permitted, but they mean part of each capsule isn't shilajit. Pure shilajit also absorbs moisture and can harden inside a capsule, which is one reason fillers are used. Read Shilajit Capsules vs Resin.
Extract ratios and percentages. Labels sometimes quote figures such as "20:1" or a fulvic acid percentage. These are hard to check and aren't a measure of safety. An independent lab report is worth more.
Capsule shell. If halal matters to you, check whether the shell is plant cellulose or gelatin, or look for halal certification. See Is Shilajit Halal?
Big promises. Be cautious of any product, wherever it's sold, that promises to treat or cure a condition. Saudi rules don't allow supplements to make those claims.
How to compare value
Work out the price per serving rather than per box, and compare the amount of shilajit you get per serving. A cheaper box with smaller doses can cost more per gram of shilajit. Resin usually works out cheaper per serving because a 30g jar lasts most people two to three months; see Is Shilajit Worth It?
Capsules, resin or liquid?
Capsules are easy and tasteless. Resin is the original form: you can test it at home, and it contains nothing but shilajit. Liquid drops sit in between, with no fillers and easy measuring. Our comparison of resin, drops and gummies explains the trade-offs, and authentic vs fake shilajit shows how to check resin yourself.
Before you buy anywhere
Shilajit isn't suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding or for under-18s. If you have kidney disease, high iron or gout, or take regular medication, ask the pharmacist or your doctor first. Read Who Should Not Take Shilajit?
Another option: Minerals Pitch
We're a shilajit brand, so here's our own offer, plainly. Our Black Gold Shilajit liquid is registered with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (registration P-3-N-010424-70781) and ships from inside the Kingdom, usually within 1–3 days. Our Himalayan Shilajit Resin (30g) and Shilajit Drops (30ml) come from Gilgit-Baltistan, are purified with water, filtration and sun drying, and are tested batch by batch, with the reports on our lab reports page. Whether you buy from us, from Nahdi or elsewhere, the same checks apply.

How much does shilajit cost at Nahdi?
Listed prices ranged from roughly 30 to just over 110 riyals depending on brand and pack size, often with discounts. Compare price per serving rather than per box.
